For the past nine years, Amanda has immersed herself in daily yoga practice. She has studied with various known teachers such as Ramanada Patel, Dharma Mitra, Cindy Lee, Shanon Gannon and David Life. She also has her 200 hr advance training with Leslie Kaminoff in 'Breath Centered Yoga' a theraputic approach to yoga, using the breath as a starting point to understand the anatomy of the body in depth. But don't be mistaken these classes are on the more challenging side of the yoga world and are not for the faint hearted, working a lot with inversions, arm and abdomen strengthening within a unique flow sequence of postures
Amanda's experience as a professional dancer and licensed Thai Body-worker is often reflected in her balanced teaching style.
